For Operators

Senior living insurance for operators

CareFront is a Program Manager specializing in senior living general and professional liability insurance. Our underwriting considers documented care technology and operational risk controls. Coverage is distributed through independent agents and brokers.

How it works

CareFront does not sell directly to facilities. If you already work with an independent agent or broker, we encourage you to involve them: your broker can contact us and submit on your behalf.

If you do not have a broker, you may request help finding an appropriate licensed broker, subject to availability. Submitting a request is an inquiry only and does not bind coverage.

What to prepare

Having these items ready helps your broker and our underwriters review your operation:

  • Facility locations and service types (for example assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing)
  • Renewal date
  • Current policy and retentions, for your broker's review
  • Current loss history
  • Recent state surveys
  • Technology inventory (systems in use and where they are deployed)

Comparing proposals? Use our senior living coverage comparison checklist with your broker.

Please do not include resident-identifiable information (names, dates of birth, medical records, or similar details) in any request or message. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information you send us.

What is a Program Manager?

Coverage for a range of senior living facilities, subject to underwriting and state availability. A request does not bind coverage, and no terms, pricing, or broker match are guaranteed.
